なお、イベントについての詳細のお知らせはメールでお送りしますので、メールアドレスは必ずお知らせ下さい。
お支払い方法
お支払いには、イベントの説明ページに記載されたお支払い方法（銀行振り込み）がご利用いただけます。
ご予約後、指定された期日（特に記載のない場合はイベント開催日の3日前）までにご入金をお願いいたします。

イベントのキャンセル・中止等について
天候、降水量などにより開催直前にイベントを中止させていただくことがあります。天候の急変等による当日中止の際、現地までの交通費は参加者のご負担となります。中止の場合は、参加日の変更もしくは参加料のご返金とさせていただきます。
天候などでイベントの中止の場合は、当日の朝7時あるいは集合時間の3時間前までに、申込の際にお知らせいただいたメールアドレスあるいは電話番号にお知らせします。
イベント当日の到着遅延について
集合時間にご連絡なしで10分以上遅れた場合、イベント運営の都合上当日キャンセル扱いとなる場合があります。
イベントのキャンセルについて
お客さまのご都合によるキャンセルにつきましては、お電話かメールでご連絡ください。
規約に基づき以下の通りキャンセルチャージを申し受けます。
4日前まで…振込手数料
3日～当日…参加費の100％
イベント保険
(日帰りイベント)
万一の事故に備え、AIG損害保険のレクリエーション傷害保険（治療費の全額が補償されるものでなく、治療の日数に対して一定金額の保険金が支払われる保険）に加入しております。※トレッキング時の遭難捜索費用は補償されません。
＜通常加入しているレクリエーション障害保険の内容 (2024/8/1より)＞
１名１日あたり
- 死亡保険金額：5,000千円
- 後遺障害保険金：障害等級に応じて死亡保険金額の4〜100％
- 入院保険金（日額）：5,000円（１８０日限度）
- 通院保険金（日額）：3,000円（ ９０日限度）
(1白２日イベント)
万一の事故に備え、AIG損害保険の国内旅行傷害保険（治療費の全額が補償されるものでなく、治療の日数に対して一定金額の保険金が支払われる保険）に加入しております。補償の内容は日帰りイベントと同じです。
イベント中に撮影した写真について
森の学校の活動を紹介するために、インターネット等でイベント中に撮影した写真を利用させていただく場合があります。
締め切り後の申し込みについて
状況によって締め切り後の申し込みも受け付けることがあります。
その場合にはイベント保険は未加入となる場合があります。（イベントの危険度によって契約方法が異なるため）
Event Terms and Conditions
- Participation: Participation in the events is at your own risk. Please ensure you are in good health and physically capable of participating.
- Changes: Locations and dates of events are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.
- Safety: Please follow all safety instructions provided by the event organizers. In case of emergency, contact the nearest event staff immediately.
- Event Cancellation and Changes:
- Due to weather conditions or rainfall, the event may be canceled at the last minute. In case of such cancellations due to sudden weather changes, transportation costs to the venue will be borne by the participants. If the event is canceled, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the participation fee.
- Participants will be notified of any cancellations due to weather conditions by 7 AM on the day of the event or at least 3 hours before the meeting time via the email address or phone number provided at the time of registration.
- Late Arrival on the Event Day: If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, you may be considered a no-show and the event may proceed without you due to operational reasons.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your participation for personal reasons, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- Up to 4 days before the event: only the bank transfer fee
- 3 days before to the day of the event: 100% of the participation fee
- Liability: The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event.
- Photography: The event organizers may take photographs or videos during the event. By participating, you agree to allow the use of these images for promotional purposes.
